Poor speed and disconnections are the two common broadband faults that I come across.  Telecoms companies (Telcos) are only responsible for the line up to the first socket on your system (the master socket)  and they have high call out charges if it is found that a fault is after that master socket ie. on your own equipment.  I can quickly diagnose where on the system the fault lies thereby enabling you to avoid unnecessary call out charges. If the fault is with your internal wiring or on your own equipment then I will usually be able to remedy it within a short period of time and at a price agreed before the commencement of work.  I can also assist and advise on wifi issues.
